Where are you located?

We are located in Newtown, Toowoomba. The toy library is currently run from home, so the exact address is only available to current members and will be shared with new members after sign up.

How does borrowing work?

We run a click and collect borrowing system. You browse the online catalogue, select your toys, pay for your membership, and then choose a time from the scheduled pickup windows. Once you collect your toys, they are yours to enjoy at home for four weeks before returning them in the same way.

What are my membership options? Do I have to commit to a lock-in contract?

Currently there are multiple membership tiers, and membership is month-to-month so there is no lock-in timeframe. You can disable auto-renew any time you like.

For families who want a regular play refresh, 6 and 12 month contracts are also available at discounted prices.

When do pickups and returns happen?

Regular pickup windows currently run from 5:30pm to 8:30pm on Tuesdays, 8am to 11am on Thursdays, and 9am to 12pm on the first Saturday of the month. If none of the available times work for your family, please get in touch and we can work something out.

What if I’m late returning?

Life happens. If you need a little extra time, just reach out. Late returns may incur a small fee to keep things fair for everyone.

What if something goes missing or gets broken?

We know what it is like with young kids. Depending on the situation, you may be given extra time to find the item, or a small replacement fee may be charged.

If a toy is broken or becomes inoperable due to missing parts, a replacement fee will apply. See the Lost or Broken Items policy for the full details.

How are the toys cleaned?

We ask you to wipe down and remove any visible dirt from the toys before returning them. We will then sanitise them in preparation for the next family.

Can I gift a membership?

Of course. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. This section is placeholder copy until the gift card process is finalised.
